These terms are between you and Danna Valentina Velásquez, operating ChurnGuard as an individual based in Colombia. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

ChurnGuard calculates an estimate of revenue lost to churn based on the numbers you enter, and uses AI to generate a 3-step recovery plan from those numbers. It is a planning tool, not financial, legal, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any specific reduction in churn or increase in revenue. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a ChurnGuard account.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the numbers you enter and for keeping access to your email account secure (that's how you sign in). One account per subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse the service or violate these terms.

Your plan is yours

The 3-step plan generated for your account is yours to use however you like in your own business. We don't claim ownership over it.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; you won't be charged until it ends, and we'll email you before the first charge. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Payments are processed by Hotmart. You can cancel anytime, as easily as you subscribed — see “How to cancel” in your Account page or our Refund Policy for the exact steps and the refund window.

Fair use

Each plan includes a reasonable monthly limit of AI-generated plans to keep the service sustainable. We'll tell you if you're close to your limit before you hit it.

Limitation of liability

ChurnGuard is provided “as is.” The AI-generated plan is orientation, not a guarantee of results — you review and execute every step yourself, at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business decisions made based on the app's output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
