Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial — you won't be charged until it ends, and we email you before the first charge.

The First Leak Guarantee

If your Leak Report doesn't show you at least one real, actionable leak in your first 7 days as a paying customer, email support@churnguard.app and we'll refund your payment in full. No questions, no forms.

Hotmart's guarantee

All purchases are also covered by Hotmart's 15-day money-back guarantee, which applies regardless of the reason and runs from the date of your purchase — it's the actual refund window configured on our product page, so it's never shorter than what you see here.

How to cancel

Cancelling is as easy as subscribing, and it never requires talking to anyone:

• Go to your Account page inside the app and use the “Manage or cancel my subscription” link — it takes you straight to Hotmart's buyer portal, where the cancellation is instant.
• Or email support@churnguard.app from the address you signed up with and we'll cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't retroactively refund past billing periods outside the guarantees above. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
