Privacy Policy

ChurnGuard is operated by Danna Valentina Velásquez, an individual based in Colombia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Your email address (to create your account and send you access links). The numbers you enter into the Leak Simulator — your MRR and monthly churn rate — to calculate your Leak Report and generate your 3-step plan. Basic usage data (which screens you use, whether you ran the simulator, whether you viewed your plan) so we know the product is working. We do not ask for your name, phone number, physical address, or date of birth, and we never collect payment card details — Hotmart handles that directly and we never see or store it.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with the services that make ChurnGuard work, never for advertising or resale:

• Supabase — our database and login system (stores your account and your Leak Report numbers).
• Anthropic (the company behind the Claude AI models) — generates your 3-step plan from the MRR and churn numbers you enter. This means those two numbers are sent to servers in the United States for processing — see “International transfer” below.
• Vercel — hosts the ChurnGuard application.
• Resend — delivers our transactional emails (access links, receipts).
• Hotmart — processes your payment and subscription. We never see your card details.

We do not currently use any advertising or analytics cookies, and no data is shared with any service beyond the five listed above.

International transfer of your data

When you generate a plan, your MRR and churn numbers are sent to Anthropic's servers in the United States to produce your recommendations. By using this feature, you consent to this transfer. We do not send Anthropic any more information than the two numbers needed to generate your plan, and we do not ask you to enter sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) anywhere in the app — please don't include any in fields that go to the AI.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@churnguard.app. Deleting your account removes your Leak Report, your generated plans, and your login — we do not keep a copy afterward. If you are in Colombia, this is your right under Ley 1581 de 2012 (access, correction, cancellation and opposition); users in other countries have equivalent rights under their local data protection law.

Consent

By checking the box when you create your account, you authorize the processing of your data as described in this policy, including the international transfer above. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll email active users before it takes effect — we don't change it silently.
